Wallabies v France - 1st Test

The Wallabies get out of jail with an after the siren penalty to defeat France 23-21 in a nail biting finish at Suncorp Stadium.

With the French ahead 21-20, the visitors looked to have the win sealed with the throw in to a line-out with a few seconds left. The game would be over with a kick to touch after the line-out win. But pressure from Darcy Swain in the air, and a chase from Taniela Tupou and Tate McDermott forced a loose pass, and a turnover. The Wallabies attacked the line for several minutes before earning a penalty for Noah Lolesio to nail the kick to win.
