Astrophotography - April 2019

Quite a few outings in April, with a week spent out in the country.

Yeoval

First night featured an old grain shed in the foreground, with the Milky Way almost due South. Was fortunate enough to have the International Space Station (ISS) also make an appearance, also heading South. Clear skies with not a lot of cloud, but only had an hour before the full-moon rose.

Second night was with a small dam in the foreground, adding some reflections of the stars. A little bit more cloud that night. A few small satellites, and several Brisbane - Melbourne flights off to the right.

Narrabri

Found an old bridge over a dry creek-bed just out of Narrabri, which allowed a view to the Milky Way in the South. A couple of cars crossing the bridge providing some light.
