Reds Hold on at Home Against Bulls

A Young Queensland Reds team did enough to beat the Bulls 20 - 14 at home to record back to back wins for the first time since 2014.

The match also marked Chris Feauai-Sautia's 50th Super Rugby Match, an impressive feat for a 24-year old, who has had his fair share of injuries.

The Bulls got off to a flying start, with early tries to Warrick Gelant and Andre Warner, both converted by Handre Pollard, getting the Bulls out to a 14-3 lead. The Bulls threatened to put the game out of reach of the Reds, until a late first half try to Caleb Timu, converted by James Tuttle, restored the score to 14-10.

The Reds managed to keep the Bulls scoreless in the second half, adding a try to Aidan Toua, after a break from Filipo Daugunu in his first start, and also a penalty to Jono Lance.

The Bulls had one last chance to snatch the game after the siren, with a line-out 10 metres out, but were unable to take the chance.
